Developed by Northern Trust, Genesis Centre is a state of the art serviced office development specifically designed to meet the needs of the start up and small business community of North Staffordshire.

The building offers a wide range of products and services for businesses including, premier IT and Telecoms systems, fully equipped air conditioned meeting rooms and conference facilities as well as Business Support services.

Within the building there are 93 individual office suites, which are capable of accommodating around 415 workstations in total. Each of the suites are finished to a high standard and include furniture, telephone line rental and broadband internet access as part of the inclusive package.

In addition, to the office suites, there are 3 meeting / conference rooms located on the first floor which have been designed to cater for meetings of just 2 people right the way through to a full conference of up to 40 delegates.
